Make sure your profile speaks well about you.
Impressive picture, writing a compelling headline, and a detailed summary
telling potential employers what you do, tell them how you can benefit them.

Search for companies you want to work with. Use the LinkedIn
jobs tab to find open positions.

Invite a person to connect using a personal message
like “I am an expert in Web Applications, Research Design, and JavaScript”. I’d
like to add you to my LinkedIn network.”

Once they connect with you, message them directly. Tell
them you are interested in a position with their company and why you think you
can be an asset.
